Co-founder/Principal

Ira is a senior financial professional with over 19 years experience in a wide range of high-growth, early stage companies, both public and private.​

Ira has varied experience in a multitude of industries including Data, Agi-tech, Music, Public-Private Partnerships, Manufacturing, and highly regulated industries such as cannabis and alcohol.

Ira has also acted as a financial advisor for startup AI companies through the Creative Destruction Lab Program, and is a Board Member and Treasurer for the Wychwood Barns Community Association.

Ira has an MBA in Accounting and Finance from the Schulich School of Business, York University and is a Chartered Professional Accountant of Ontario since 2007.

Co-founder/Principal

Kyle spent the first 10 years of his career working in public accounting where he worked in both audit and advisory practices for private companies and investment funds. In 2007 he left the world of public accounting and focused on providing management and accounting services to public and private companies across a variety of industries including Healthcare, Junior mining, Cryptocurrency, technology, food production, agriculture, cannabis, and many others.. As a result, he has extensive experience in financial reporting, IPOs, internal controls, and corporate governance.
